Join us for a day to learn from Dr Mercy Russell and Dr Emily Morrow regarding family estrangement and Bowen Family Systems.

Bowen Family Systems is a multigenerational approach that views the family as an emotional unit.

It helps reduce anxiety and resolves conflict by uncovering how behavioural patterns and emotional reactions are transmitted across generations, encouraging individuals to develop healthy boundaries and personal autonomy
