We live in an anxious and stressful time and often find ourselves feeling pressed for time, energy and resources. This is depleting psychologically, psychologically and emotionally. It’s not surprising that stress and anxiety frequently bring people into counselling.
I find the best way to work with clients who are experiencing stress and anxiety is to ensure that our counselling time together is a calm and reflective experience. By taking the time to understand what causes you to be stressed and anxious, we can develop practical and individualised approaches that will work for you.

Book Your Counselling Sessions
I meet with clients in person or online and have some availability to meet during evenings and weekends. I suggest in person meetings, at least initially, if possible.
